2014 Jan. 13 Monday plein air

In front of the Parroquia in San Miguel. This was the subject of our plein air this morning. Finally we  got a decent day. Lovely sunshine. I was attracted to the strong light and shade in this scene. Actually we did an afternoon painting as well. I'll post our paintings when I have the photos processed.  Linda and I did watercolors and Luc and Tom were working in oils. Lots of fun! We're hoping next Monday we will visit Luc's area and paint out at Cabras. Just outside of town towards Celaya.

Just a reminder of present class schedule in the studio. Wed. afternoon 1 til 4 pm watercolors....a morning class will be added as it fills up. Thursday / Friday in the studio 1 til 4 pm...oils and acrylics

Exhibition on display Saturday as well. 11 til 4 pm. Sunday pick up paintings.
